Returns & Shipping Info

We accept unworn bikinis and clothing bought from jmpthelabel.com in new condition with tags and hygienic liners attached within 21 days of purchase for a full refund minus the cost of shipping and a $4.95 restocking fee. Any return items that have been soiled will not be refunded, a store credit in the amount of your refund will be given instead.

Items available for return must be shipped out by the 21st day after purchase. You will have 21 days after purchase to exchange for another item or store credit. If you process an exchange, the new item will be instantly shipped to you within 3-5 business days and your return item will be refunded once received back. If your return item is not received back into our warehouse within the allotted time frame, the card on file will be charged for that item cost. 

Please note all items marked final sale or discounted 30% or more are not eligible for a refund or exchange.  We do not offer store credit for sale items. 

Gift card purchases and jewelry are non-refundable.

    I’m in love!!

    I have never taken the tags off of a bathing suit so fast! These bottoms are an absolute dream. I’m a mom of 2 and it’s been so hard to find a bikini that is not only flattering but also comfortable. These are probably the best designed bottoms I’ve ever tried (and I’ve tried so so so many). The rise provides the perfect amount of coverage for my lower tummy without being too modest, rear coverage is cut beautifully and it STAYS IN PLACE. There’s also no digging or pinching. It honestly feels like these were tailored specifically for my body. I couldn’t be happier! I did size up because I’m in between sizes, but I’ll be ordering a size down too for next summer.

    Not for the Adventurous!

    This bottom seemed great. Fit perfect, felt fabulous. Looked fabulous. As long as you weren’t doing anything in the water. I wore these for the first time recently on vacation and had instant regret when I hit the ocean. I went out to jump waves and I’m not sure if it was the rough waves, but these bottoms stretched way out and I had to hold on to them everytime a wave hit me, otherwise they were falling off! It was awful! I haven’t had this issue with other JMP bottoms, so I’m not sure why these are different. But these will def be for laying out only from now on!!
