Any return items that have been soiled will not be refunded, a store credit in the amount of your refund will be given instead.
Items available for return must be shipped out by the 21st day after purchase. You will have 21 days after purchase to exchange for another item or store credit. If you process an exchange, the new item will be instantly shipped to you within 3-5 business days and your return item will be refunded once received back.
