Shipping & Lost Package Policy
At JMP The Label, LLC, we take great care in ensuring your orders arrive safely and on time. Below is our policy regarding lost or missing packages, so you can feel confident shopping with us.
What Do I Do If My Package Is Lost in the Mail?
If your package is lost during transit, please take the following steps:
1. Check Tracking Information: Review the tracking updates provided by USPS, UPS, or the selected carrier.
2. Check Your Surroundings: Sometimes, packages are left with a neighbor, building management, or in a hidden location for security purposes.
3. Wait 48 Hours: Carriers sometimes mark a package as “delivered” up to 48 hours before actual arrival.
If your package has not arrived after these steps, please file a claim through our “Report a Claim” link at the bottom of our webpage.
Orders Over $500
• For security purposes, all orders over $500 USD require a signature upon delivery.
• If you are unavailable to sign for your package, please coordinate with the carrier to reschedule or arrange pickup.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• JMP The Label, LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
• If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you will need to file a claim with the carrier and provide the claim number to us.
• We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order in the event of loss or theft.
• For high-value packages, we may require a police report to process a refund or replacement request.
Fraud Prevention & Discretionary Replacements
We strive to accommodate all valid claims, but we also take fraudulent activity seriously. JMP The Label, LLC reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests if:
• The order was marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
• There is a pattern of repeated lost package claims from the same customer.
• The claim is filed more than 7 days after the marked delivery date.
In cases where a claim is approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
