We accept unworn bikinis and clothing bought from jmpthelabel.com in new condition with tags and liners attached within 21 days of purchase for a full refund minus the cost of return shipping.
Items available for return must be shipped out by the 21st day after purchase. You will have 21 days after purchase to exchange for another item or store credit. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment minus the cost of the return shipping.
Please note all items marked final sale or discounted 30% or more are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We do not offer store credit for sale items.
Gift card purchases and jewelry are non-refundable.

HOW DO I TRACK MY RETURN?
US customers can use the tracking number on the provided pre-paid shipping label to trace your package back to us. If you used a different shipping label, please use the tracking number provided on that label to trace your package.
WHAT IF I LOSE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE THE ORDER CAME IN?
No problem! If the tags and sanitary liners are attached, you can use the prepaid shipping label to send your items back in any packaging.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
You can expect to get a full refund, minus the cost of shipping and a $4.95 restocking fee, to your original form of payment within 5-10 days of delivery. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.

I have 3 of these-red, brown and now this beautiful yellow one. They are well made and GORGEOUS. They are worth the craftsmanship! But it, you wont regret it.

After wearing your JMP crochet bikini, handwash in cold water using mild soap or specialty swimwear detergent. Gently press water out, do not wring out, lay flat to dry avoiding direct sunlight. Tuck any small crochet ends inside the knit and to not cut or pull on them as that can undo the full knit. Avoid pulling the knit with nails, sharp objects, rocks, and other high friction surfaces.
Our Signature Stretch Crochet is hand-made in Bali, Indonesia by a team of local artisans. Differentiating from other crochet swimwear, JMP crochet is made with our ulta soft swimwear fabric, made for the water and will always keep its shape. Please handle with care, as each crochet piece is made with a little extra love!

A lovely JMP customer service team member will get back to you within 3 business days. We will do everything in our power to make sure our JMP customers are taken care of!
